Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed with Car Auto Labs are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with your registered email address.

After dispatch, please allow approximately 2–6 business days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery PIN code and location.

• Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–6 business days

Undelivered Items

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or any other delivery issue, the package will be received back at our shipping facility.

Once we receive the returned package, our support team will contact you. For prepaid orders, the package will be re-shipped after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.

Returns & Exchange

All sales are final from Car Auto Labs. We do not accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us clear photographs of the product within 2 days of delivery.

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging, and must not have been used or further damaged.
